1 Saffron Cake

A Cornish staple, our saffron cake recipe has been handed down through the generations since we started in 1958! Our cake is soft and fluffy and crammed full of sultanas and currants. Shaped into a loaf, it's perfect cut into slices with butter and served with a cup of tea.
