Frequently Asked Questions

Our pasties are best enjoyed within three days of arrival. Keep them refrigerated and they will stay at their best until the use-by date on the label.

Yes. Freeze on the day of delivery in their original packaging, or wrapped well to keep the pastry at its best. They will keep for up to three months in the freezer.

For the crispest pastry, reheat from chilled in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, or until piping hot all the way through. From frozen, allow 35 to 40 minutes.

We currently deliver to mainland UK only. We are working on options for Northern Ireland and Europe and will share updates in our newsletter when those open up.

We ship next-day DPD for orders placed before 10am Monday to Thursday. Orders placed over the weekend dispatch on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Yes. Add a personal message at checkout and we will include it on a handwritten-style card inside the box. Prices and invoices are never included in gift orders.
