Delivery Information

We deliver on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (excluding bank holidays) to England, Wales and parts of Scotland, using DPD or APC on a next-day service. For Scottish deliveries, please call us on 01736 755661 (option 3) so we can confirm your postcode is covered.

Your order is packaged in a gift box designed to stay fresh for up to 48 hours. While we always aim for next-day delivery, please allow up to 48 hours for your parcel to arrive. We'd recommend ordering the day before any special occasion, just to be safe.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 48 hours, please get in touch on 01736 755661 (option 3) and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
